Have you ever been stung by a bad tenant? Did they: Moved without notice, Have unathorized pets, Have dozens of noise complaints, ...?  The Speedy Filer TRAPP database can help! TRAPP, short for Tenant Reference Application, is a non-financial tenant reference database which addresses important information, not found in financial and criminal records. This application also helps identify when tenants fail to include all former landlords on thier rental application.

Post your bad tenants to the database, and search the database as part of your tenant approval process.  Best of all, TRAPP is available to active Speedy Filer Clients at no additional charge!

New Speedy Filer feature comes online March 4, 2011 New Speedy Filer feature comes online March 4, 2011

Tsoft is proud to introduce the new Tenant Pre-Check feature to the Speedy Filer system. This money saving feature allows active clients to access the entire Speedy Filer database to Pre-Screen perspective tenants. If you currently use a tenant background verification service, this feature gives you the ability to Pre-Check a tenant before you spend the money for a full background check.

Best of all, this exciting new feature is FREE!  That's right FREE!  As long as you're an active Speedy Filer client, the Tenant Pre-Check is available to you at no additional charge. (FYI: An active client is defined as having filed at least 1 eviction or writ within the last 90 days.)  To access the Tenant Pre-Check, simply logon to Speedy Filer as you normally do, and click the Tenant Pre-Check selection at the bottom of the menu.
